Philadelphia, what a wonderful trip! Grateful for an inspiring LeadingAge healthcare conference filled with learning, meaningful connections, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to grow alongside my fellow changemakers.
We are the changemakers. We are the people who care deeply about making a difference, who ask questions, challenge the status quo, share ideas, and look for better ways to serve others with Home and Community-Based Services. We believe that aging services and healthcare can always be better, and we are willing to put in the work to make that happen.
One of the things I’m most proud of is being part of an industry filled with people who lead with purpose, advocate for those we serve, support families, and work every day to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. The work we do matters, and so does our willingness to keep learning, growing, and making an impact. Feeling inspired, energized, and proud to be part of this community. When we come together, share our experiences, and learn from one another, we create more opportunities to bring Assisted Living Home.
Here’s to the changemakers, the difference-makers, and the people who turn passion into progress. We have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare and aging services, and I’m proud to be part of that work.
