Meet Our Team
Our team is dedicated to bringing assisted living home to your loved one. We do this by offering thoughtful, quality, dedicated care.
Having a care team gives families the support needed to navigate health changes and peace of mind knowing their loved one can age-in-place.
We understand the challenges you may encounter, and we are here to help.
Andrew Carlson
Co-founder / Managing Partner
I have a personal history of being a family caregiver. We cared for several aging members of our family. When my Grandmother had a fall, my family hired an agency to provide home care while she completed her therapy in her home where she had lived for decades. I saw first hand how much of an impact it made for our whole family to bring in care professionals.
I am committed to continuously enhancing our approach to engaging with the senior community and proactively addressing their unique requirements. I have over a decade of experience in healthcare and have worked with hospitals and health systems all across the country to improve their Patient-Centered Care and patient satisfaction.
Karla Frese, M.S. CDP
Co-founder / Managing Partner
I am a compassionate advocate dedicated to supporting families in their journey to remain home. Inspired by my grandmother, a stroke survivor, I’ve embraced a philosophy centered on resilience, patience, and compassion. This has guided my unwavering commitment to empower families who share the goal of aging in place.
I collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that this goal becomes a reality. My role involves providing guidance and support to families and their loved ones, helping them navigate the complexities of their healthcare journeys.
I provide Parkinson’s education, host support groups for Alzheimer’s and Dementia, and volunteer with hospice care. Through these initiatives, we provide essential resources, ongoing education, and a supportive community for individuals and families in need of thoughtful, quality dedicated care.
For me, each day presents an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life and help them focus on what matters most.
